An early morning flight (Alex's first) on November 1st took us from Guilin to Guangzhou, our final destination in mainland China. The US Consulate in Guangzhou issues visas for the kids going home to the States, so all US adoptive families wind up here.

For the first time, we had large blocks of unstructured time to ourselves. We were able to explore the area around the White Swan Hotel, and spend time with the girls in the play room.
